Returns Policy

Delivery & returns

Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries to UK mainland, islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Any orders will be processed and delivered on business trading days from Monday – Friday and excluding bank holidays.

Please specify a physical delivery address as we can unfortunately not deliver to a P.O. Box.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect. If you do wish us to place a request that goods are left in a safe place on your property in your absence, please note Caribbean Tan cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these goods.

30 Day Return & Refund Guarantee

Caribbean Tan can only process returns that have been purchased from the online store at www.caribbeantan.co.uk
Our aim is to make sure that our customers always have a satisfactory online shopping experience with us. However we know and understand there may be occasions where you want to return your items. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund for the product or goods purchased. We do ask that you include with your return a short letter explaining the reason you have decided to send your item back. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item has been damaged or the products is defective.

In the case where the product is damaged or a defect we will arrange either a refund or a replacement of your item. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice or enclosing to the following address:
